It is very disappointing to see this quality app from such a good news organization. The ads are overwhelming. Why can bbc, fox and cnn deliver news without in-your-face ads that prevent you from enjoying the experience of reading the news? In addition to the ads, this app has a poor UI and hangs all the time. Jpost, shame on you. A highschool student can design a news app with a better overall user experience.

Love it! Reliable objective news mixed with analysis, about the country I care most.

Are you aware of how much this app is unstable to the point of being unreadable? April 24. Keeps being absolutely unstable on my iPhone 4S. June 19. No hope to get a working version!

The ads are intrusive and annoying which you soon learn to ignore completely. The biggest issue is that they now automatically take you away from the article you are reading and launch in a browser. When you return to the article it happens again and again. Renders the app completely useless. Cmon guys - you ruined your website with ads and now your app as well. Complete fail. Im done.

Up until now, the ad-ware and poor functionality were merely very annoying. The latest version, however is much worse, as it disallows listening to music, podcasts or any audio in the background. A SHANDA

Its improbable you will get to the content before a forced full screen ad comes up and then freezes the whole app (Im up to date on my iOS). Great content, but Im giving up on this app after years of frustration.

An unsatisfactory app disabled by too-frequent pop-up adds, adds that cover text, and freezes; for occasional news tidbits you pay a huge price in aggravation. Almost not worth the trouble.

This App is a hot mess. I deleted it and refuse to use it. Garbage, garbage, garbage. Do I have to download some leftist newspapers App now? Ugh.

This app has an excellent aelection of new going on in Israel. A ton of different articles and is updates frequently. However the app freezes and shuts off almost everytime i try using it. The articles take forever to load and there are very long commercials and videos. I hope they revamp this app because the news is excellent.

I dont mind the ads; I understand the economics. But when they repeatedly freeze or crash the app, thats pathetic.

A gazillion adds. When you try to close them, the app locks up. Virtually impossible to read the articles because of this. Even worse, they have not fixed it!! I used to love reading the news from Israel on this app. Very frustrating. If I could give it a zero I would.

Articles are great, but the app needs a lot of work. Pop up ads repeatedly take over the entire screen. Sometimes they dont load and I am left with a black screen that requires closing the app and re-opening, which then launched another ad. At the bottom of each article are paid links to "articles" outside of JP. These are of the trashy click-bait variety with sexual content. Great content, bad app.

Cannot read more than one story without app freezing. Quite annoying.

This app gets worse and worse. The pop up ads are loud and obnoxious (and require shutting down the app to turn off) and the ads that appear every paragraph or so in the news stories are often vulgar and offensive. Content, of course, is excellent. Why cant the functionality match? The news apps from Rumble (they power the Denver Post, too) are just plain crap. The latest problem is pop up links to ads for other apps that cant be bypassed. Its better to read the Post in a browser window- forget this garbage.

So many pop up ads and they are so disruptive-- they render this app essentially unusable.

This has got to be one of the worse functioning apps out there. It does a huge disservice to the great writers, editors at JPost.

This app freezes too often while I am trying to read the news. It freezes daily on my I-phone 6. Very frustrating. At least it is consistent. It freezes daily, rain or shine.

Quite possibly the worst news app I have used. I find the frequent full page ads that block the text extremely annoying, as well as the fact that when I select an article from the home page, it often sends me to a different article than what I chose. I then have to go back, see and close an ad, and re-select the article.

Good news and notifications are handy but impossible to use quickly.

Great source for news; however, the app does nothing but pushes the advertising before you can view an article. I literally have to closed three to five ads before I can view one article. Finally got frustrated and deleted the app.
